Why Faith 5 … Peace
The reason why people have difficulties with the Christian religion is that it’s performance based just like every other religion .. the answer is “by Grace through Faith.”
The problem with “by Grace through Faith” is while it creates “Peace that passes understanding” its also not something that as a human I can see or control … but I can see it’s fruit.
“I am leaving you with a gift–peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid.” … John 14:27
- Peace from the world is based on our performance … Peace from Christ is based on Resting in His performance – you are as complete and as holy as you will ever be because of what He did for you … the greater you believe that = the greater your peace.
- Peace from the world can shift and change based on economic, social or other world … Peace from Christ is a Solid Rock because it’s based on The Gift of Unconditional an Eternal Love from a Divine Being freely given to All on the cross.
- Peace from the world separates us into groups based on a myriad of factors and evaluates us leaving our lives limited … Peace from Christ places us all in the same leaky boat destined to drown from the hurt and pain until we realize that the ocean we are sinking into is the boundless sea of Gods unfathomable Love.
