What was your first Christmas gift?

What gift brought the most Love?

What one gift created a peace that passes all understanding?

Please read John 1: 16-17

Vs. 16 “Out of His fullness we have all received grace in place of grace already given. For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.”

Everything changed with the birth of Jesus and that change brought about a peace that can never be surpassed or diminished.

That peace comes from Grace and Truth that came through Jesus Christ. It doesn’t come through the law that came through Moses. Yes that law has a very specific job and it does it all too well.

In order to find that Grace, Truth and the Peace that comes as a result of it- we need to feel the opposite of it which is guilt, shame and condemnation. But there is now therefore NO condemnation for those that are IN Christ Jesus!

This is and always will be the ultimate gift that is beyond all other gifts and makes them look really weak- why? Because this gift just gets better with age!

Look around you after the rush of Christmas morning or a big birthday party and once the presents are open and the party is over the presents have already lost part of their shine and newness.

But imagine each and every day, with each and every step you walk in the knowledge that He has forgiven you, cleansed you, healed you and made it so you have a relationship with the One and Only God!

Find a time when you can just breathe a bit and relax. Take a few deep breaths and with each exhale just release your stress a bit more to Him. Really relax as best you can any tension you might feel in your body and as you do get a picture in your mind of baby Jesus in a manger just looking up and giving you a loving smile- as you do:

Breathe in and say:

Grace and Truth

Breathe out and say:

Gifts From Jesus

Practice this for a few days each morning and watch how this opens you up to the Love you can share with others by non-judging acceptance of yourself and others.

Don’t Worry- BeGraceFull.com!!

Its not about whats under your tree this Christmas its about what your relationship is based on- Moses or Jesus!
