Why are you blessed to be in a pile of manure all the time?
The Grace-Full Growth Formula!
“It is like a mustard seed, which is the smallest of all seeds on earth. Yet when planted, it grows and becomes the largest of all garden plants, with such big branches that the birds can perch in its shade.” – Mark 4:31
The mustard seed doesn’t grow by being in a perfect location and never having any difficulties. The mustard seed grows by pushing through the difficulties and the hard earth and the manure because the mustard seed recognizes that Light and Love is waiting for it above!
Why is this important?
It’s important because the kingdom of God which is here and now to those under Grace is still growing in each and every one of us. It’s important because of the Grace Growth Formula that I want to share with you now.
We don’t grow by following more law- “All things are lawful” we grow by learning to Love like He Loves us! That is a gradual process of going into and out of the hell so many people face so that we can know the isolationism and the struggle that they face and show them the Love of the Father. This is how Paul learned to be content in any state he was in- “To live is Christ (Love) to die is gain (heaven and eternal peace).”
Here is a meditation for you. Find a time and a place where you probably won’t be disturbed and just take a moment to take a couple of deep breathes in and out. With each exhale just relax a bit more and let your stress leave you with your deep exhale. When you feel a bit more relaxed just get back to normal breathing and:
Breathe in and say:
“God my faith”
Breathe out and say:
“Grows Now”
Practice this each day and throughout tough days and know its ok to doubt and its ok to question but keep coming back to the knowledge that He is in control!
I really like the layout of this lesson. Eye catching!
Also, a terrific message about being content in whatever place
we find ourselves in. God is better able to use each of us
because of what we have learned from the various
struggles and pain we have experienced.
And, we really learn so much more about God’s
will for us, and the need others have for Christ, plus we appreciate
much more the great sacrifice He made for us. The reality of
His suffering on the cross is such a sobering and awesome thought
to me.
M,
Thank you so very much!
I am trying to learn as I go with graphics and the like. My hope is that someday there will be so many facebook
images and graphics out there that many will have to scratch their head at least and think “maybe God really does
Love me that much.” Its all about those little seeds that become the giant tree. I love the way the Bible talks
about when the tree is fully developed it provides shade and branches for birds to rest on- Lets all pray to God
that we can become that tree for those around us.
God never waste time and He never waste pain and sufferring that we go through- this is the one of the blessings of
Grace- we dont struggle with law that we cant keep and as a result God can teach us that He alone is our resting place!
As we rest in Him that light of Love and Peace shines and others look at us and think, “are you crazy the world is
coming to an end” and we just smile and say, “Yes isnt He Amazing!”
Thank you for sharing and for Being His light!!
Bob
