Who is your judge?
If we are still under the law anyone could judge me right?
Well the law makes it rather easy to be black and white. It also means that
everyone is equally guilty who crosses a certain line.
Another thing about the law is that it was added to make all see the overwhelming
need for a compassionate loving FATHER.
Please read Romans 8:28-39.
How can you or I ever hope to be “more than conquerors” if we have
the legal yardstick stuck up our collective backside?
Simple answer we can’t. But you know what GOD foreknew, predestined, called, justified
and glorified those in CHRIST JESUS!
This passage goes on to say,
(vs. 33-34) “Who will bring any charges against those whom GOD has
chosen? It is GOD who justifies. Who is he that condemns? CHRIST
JESUS, who died more than that, who was raised to life- is at the
right hand of GOD and is also interceding for us.”
If I am still under the law I am not justified by CHRIST and charges
could easily be brought against me. But as it goes on to say in this
passage nothing can separate me from the LOVE OF GOD. How is that
possible because CHRIST lives in me? HE cannot live in the same body
where sin exist.
Therefore no one can condemn us. Our judge once we
are in CHRIST has already justified us not because of us but because
of HIS SON. This is why nothing can separate us from HIM because we
are no longer under the law but under grace. Stop being a “human
doing” and start being a “human being” the only way to do this is to
get out from under the old judge- the law and get justified by the
ultimate judge GOD.
