Do you know what holds you right here and now?
Do you have any idea how strong the Love is that is with you always?
In this passage the enemies Jesus which consisted of the religious leaders and the teachers of the law were trying to get Him to say He was the Messiah so they could stone Him. His answer is one that so beautifully gives strength to those that are His sheep.
“Jesus answered, “I did tell you but you do not believe. The works I do in my Father’s name testify about me, but you do not believe because you are not my sheep. My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; NO ONE CAN SNATCH THEM OUT OF MY HAND. My Father who has given them to me, is greater than all; NO ONE CAN SNATCH THEM OUT OF MY FATHER’S HAND. I and the Father are one.” – John 19:25-30
Jesus had a great way of taking a bad situation and turning it into something Great didnt He?
When He says “NO ONE CAN SNATCH THEM OUT OF MY HAND” what do you think He meant?
I can tell you what that means to me. There is no power or person or doctrine or idea or law that can or ever will take one of Gods sheep away from His Love. Right now right where you are, you are still in His Loving hands and you can rest in that fact.
“GOD IS LOVE“ and beyond that what else do we need to know?
We are IN HIS LOVE and what other place would you ever want to be?
“For God so Loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His son into the world to condemn the world but to save it through Him.”
Here is a meditation for you. Find a time and a place where you probably wont be disturbed but if you are He arranged it so exercise that Love He gave you.
Take a few deep breaths and just relax, letting as much stress as possible flow out with each exhale. As you do this gently close your eyes and get a picture of you laying in Gods massive hands with a blanket and a pillow if you like. As you get this picture do the following several times:
Breathe in and say:
“I am in”
Breathe out and say:
“Abbas loving Hands”
Be Blessed today and know that His hands never tire and His Love Never Fails!!
