Could violence happen in the Kingdom of Heaven?

Is it possible that Jesus was more about your inner peace than the old system?

From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven has been subjected to violence, and violent people have been raiding it. For all the Prophets and the Law prophesied until John.” – Matthew 11:11-13

Is the status quo usually resistant to change?

It was in the time of Jesus as well. Thus Grace would meet opposition from the legalist or the “teachers of the Law.”

I am not saying in any way that the law is bad as that is what brought me to Christ. But notice that “all the Prophets and the Law prophesied until Johnever wonder what this means?

Could it be that Jesus brought about a new system of relationship through Grace that had not been seen since Adam?

Is it possible that this was the good news that was prophesied about and John was the last prophet of this since Jesus brought in the “new covenant” with His death?

Yes there was violence in the Kingdom of Heaven in these days as people liked the control of the Law. People and principalities fear the new.

Am I saying God changed?

NO! I am saying that Thank God the way that I can relate to Him did in fact change.

No longer am I held to a standard I could never keep in the first place as one final sacrifice was made and once I accepted that sacrifice I was Reconciled to God, Justified by His blood and made to thirst no more.

If you have not experienced this then here are the steps:

1)   Recognize your need for Jesus

2)  Ask Him to forgive you

3)  Live in Grace which gives two commands: “Love God and Love Others

Don’t Worry- Be Grace-Full!!
