The “so what” sainthood!
“He replied, “You of little faith, why are you so afraid?” Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm.” – Matthew 8:26
You are going to die – so what!
The world is going to end and in fact as I write this is getting closer to it and hotter with each and every second – so what!
You are going to have friends and family die, lose all your money and be sleeping under a bridge – so what!
GOD IS IN CONTROL!
The Sainthood of “so what” is simply the group of Believers that rest in the idea that God knew, knows and always will know long beforehand exactly what is going to happen to you, when and where.
He Is your Loving Father and He knows exactly what you need to learn and the best way for you to learn it – so in short – this moment – this situation – this everything is perfect!
This moment is “so what” when you get the statement above! It doesn’t and cant and never will happen under law because where there is a law you are going to break it – I guarantee it!
Faith grows in the darkest moments – but light starts as you get the above scripture, understand Grace and grow in the knowledge of who God is and how He works!

I love Matt. #6. So many lessons to learn from there. From faith, trust, grace, and obedience.
Your commentary reminds me of Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
With faith, hope, trust and obedience, will His plans will come to be.
That’s the challenge I struggle with, trusting him wholly and solely, giving Him complete control of my life. It’s a struggle with my own human/sin nature. Fear is always a constant in my life. But that’s a good thing I think. It always reminds me of just how much I need Jesus in my life. For it’s His love that takes all that fear away. A little faith, trust and hope in the Lord can and will go a long, long way.
Thank you brother!
This is a challenge for everyone I know but the great thing is we are here to encourage each other to Let Go and Let God!
This is why I meditate every morning and just take the first 25 minutes of my day and maybe the last 25 minutes to sit breath
and Be Still and Know that He is God! It really helps get my mind still for the new day and for sleep.
Do I still wrestle with this – YES – absolutely but I have found that when I do its usually over something like a mini-god.
I mean I consider two jobs and the mini-god of money becomes more important than The God! This is good because it helps me remember
Our God is An Awesome God who shows us money doesn’t matter and our focus needs to be LOVE!
Thank you again for sharing!
