Jesus was Never shy about telling the religious to “repent” and this was the main reason that the religious wanted Him out of the way! When Jesus was approached with a legal question He constantly redirected it to a Love based answer and this was His death sentence just like it is for true Grace today!

Now there were some present at that time who told Jesus about the Galileans whose blood Pilate had mixed with their sacrifices. Jesus answered,Do you think that these Galileans were worse sinners than all the other Galileans because they suffered this way? I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish.” – Luke 13:1-3

Many people think I am overly critical of “the church” and let me say this for the record, it isn’t “the church” I criticize it’s a whole lot of churches, denominations and ministers that teach half Grace and still have people under the burden of the law instead of the yoke of Grace through Faith which is what Jesus came to teach.

The difference is seen above in very plain language. The people had come to Jesus trying to get an established order of sinners. You know, “faggots are bad people but us normal heterosexuals who think about other women but don’t act on it, well everyone knows we are better!”

Jesus called Everyone to include the “most righteous” to understand one Very simple Truth – “Jesus Is The Way, The Truth and The Life, no man comes to The Father but by Him!”

The trouble that church people have with finding Jesus is that most of them have been taught that “doing” certain things affords them a level of decency that will mean they were “good people” and God will smile on them as long keep “doing” certain things that oddly enough their church says is important.

Have you ever looked at the “Mayflower Compact” or any of the laws and rules that America was based on in the beginning? You might want to do this sometime and ask yourself this question when you read it, “when did God change?”

People also say I talk a whole lot about Grace. To this comment I simply smile and say, “If I had a hundred lifetimes and All I did was talk about Grace, it would never begin to be enough to express what Grace means to me! If you want to know more about why I talk about Grace go to BeGraceFull.com and check out my testimony.

But to see the main lesson of Grace from the words of Christ here understand this: in this passage He was telling the most legally righteous people on earth the most important lesson of His coming – The law is a tool to get you TO Jesus but Not an evaluative tool to measure righteousness, show holiness or create levels of goodness as it is used today in most churches!

JESUS CHRIST is The Way, The Truth and The Life – NO ONE comes to The Father but Through Him!
