There is a Freedom beyond words when you simply Let go of the expectations you think God has on you and Let God Be God! This Freedom produces True Love and Praise for the source from which it came – Jesus Christ and the death burial and resurrection that He suffered for you and me!

STOP TRYING and START RELYING! – with that being said will others always let you?

How far does our Love for a weaker brother or sister reach?

But if someone says to you, “This has been offered in sacrifice,” then do not eat it, both for the sake of the one who told you and for the sake of conscience. I am referring to the other person’s conscience, not yours. For why is my freedom being judged by another’s conscience? If I take part in the meal with thankfulness, why am I denounced because of something I thank God for?” – 1 Corinthians 10:28-30

How far will you go for a brother or sister to not make them stumble?

This is a challenging growth point for me when it comes to Grace.

After all I am free! I am no longer under the law that I never could have kept anyway- But the law of Love- the law of voluntarily placing myself under the law that a brother or sister follows so they won’t stumble – this “law” will always be with me because of Love.

The reason this is a challenging growth point is that I have seen this same thing forced out as religious bullying from groups that force people under the old law and basically make everyone miserable with their pious, self-righteous ways.

It’s also difficult because once freedom is given it takes a lot to surrender it- but this is spiritual growth that we care more for our brother or sister than we do our own freedom.

If my freedom will cause someone to stop searching for God and His Grace- at this point I need to curtail my freedom. Not because I have to but eventually because I Love the other so much, just like Christ that I don’t want to see them in spiritual pain.

Spiritual pain is caused when we can’t reconcile where we are spiritually with what we have believe to be true.

Religious bullying is when a person or group of people say that a rule or law is more important than Love.

How far do we go for Love?

How far did Christ go to Love us?

I am not saying I am under the law which causes frustration as it was designed that way- I am saying that if by observing some laws around certain people it causes them to pursue Grace and not turn away from a spiritual track then I will follow those laws around those people out of Love NOT law!
