Does Love get tired?

Is there a point to having certain people and events at certain times in our lives?

Please read Luke 5:4-6

Vs. 4 “When he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, “Put out into deep water, and let down the nets for a catch.” Simon answered, “Master, we’ve worked hard all night and haven’t caught anything. But because you say so, I will let down the nets.” When they had done so, they caught such a large number of fish that their nets began to break.”

I believe that each moment was brought to us by God in order for us to grow in Love with Him and others. That being said and realized will radically change the perspective of any and all pain you experience- I promise you that!

God Is Love! And that was never more clearly stated than it was with each and every pounding of the hammer that drove the nails into the hands and feet of Christ on the cross!

As a result each and every moment and event that comes our way has one simple yet profound purpose of making us more Loving and Compassionate- just like Jesus!

Once we see that and grasp that the entire Bible takes on a whole new meaning and literally our spirit begins to move in new directions and with new purpose.

Try this simple meditation to walk through the days when it’s hard to understand why life is the way it is for you. In fact this meditation is a great way to begin to grasp Grace. This can be done throughout the day when times seem difficult but it can also be practiced in the morning to set the spiritual thermostat for your day. Start by taking a couple of deep breaths and just relax without putting any real effort into it. When you feel a bit more focused breathe regular breaths again and:

Breathe in and say:

Thank You God

Breathe out and say:

For giving me this

As you practice this think about the situation or person in your life that just seems difficult and think about it or them knowing that He brought this to you.
