Path? – what path?

Would you like to rejoice always?

You have made known to me the paths of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence.’” – Acts 2:28

The journey with Jesus is not a destination!

While that may sound redundant and even unnecessary – apparently it needs to be stated and here is why.

The law is a destination, it is a stone, a solid matter by which judgment will be passed on those who are under it. Grace on the other hand is a constant “path” or journey that allows and encourages us to rejoice with each bump of the road.

How?

Because God allowed the bump and the non-bump and each and every breath in order for us to become and create more Love here and now!

The law puts the work and effort on your back. Grace puts the path and the relationship on God’s never ending Love!

How do you have joy in the midst of chaos?

Realize that the chaos was brought to you by God because He Loves you so much that He wants you to experience it!

The experience you have on the path right now will grow you for this moment and all the moments to come – if you let it. If you don’t let this present moment and chaos get you bitter and angry – yes that other voice that doesn’t want to rejoice is the bad guy talking!

Take a moment or 5 or ten and just find a quiet place to be still and breathe. Once there:

Breathe in and say:

Lord let me see

Breathe out and say:

Your lesson Here

Practice this when you have no idea why you are where you are with what is going on around you.
