Meditations for Love

The healthiest thing a person can do is to discover that the idea they have of love is flawed and in fact not even similar to Perfect Love. The next healthiest thing a person can do is to allow themselves to begin to see Perfect Love in All its Glory!

Please remember that there are a multitude of forces whose soul mission is to get you to cheapen, devalue and even to miss Perfect Love altogether.

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.” – John 3:16-17

There are 2 gods – the god of MORE and The God of Love. With the god of MORE you will never have enough, be enough or have any real and lasting hope outside of getting MORE. With The God Who Is Love, you were Forgiven, Redeemed, Reconciled, Purified and made wHOLeY because of His Free Gift of The Most Precious One – His Son!

In short The God of Love is enough and He made it so easy. “Believe in the name” and All is done! “Believe in His Name” and you have All you need, “His Grace is sufficient” and “Peace that passes all understanding” is yours for All Eternity, however the god of MORE doesn’t stop trying to take away the knowledge of who you are because of Christ.

As a result when we sense that we need to be brought back to or discover for the first time the Unconditional, Eternal, Unlimited and Divine nature of His Love – I have found it best to start by “be still and know that I am God”, to come like a child into seeing His Love like it was the first time and meditate.

Find a quiet time and place where you probably won’t be disturbed, take a few deep breaths, close your eyes and begin regular breathing while:

Breathe in and say:
“His Love is”

Breathe out and say:
“Always with me”

Breathe in and say:
“His Love is”

Breathe out and say:
“Always Perfect”

Breathe in and say:
“His Perfect Love”

Breathe out and say:
“Surrounds me”

Breathe in and say:
“His embrace is”

Breathe out and say:
“Always around me”
