How far does your security reach?

Is it possible that the security you have is not enough for daily life?

Could there be a prophecy about security for your path?

He will stand and shepherd His flock in the strength of the Lord, in the majesty of the name of the Lord His God. And they will live securely, for then His greatness will reach to the ends of the earth.– Micah 5:4

Have you ever watched a shepherd?

Its really amazing some will play music and calm the sheep while others will calmly watch over them and still others just guide them to greener pastures so they have more to eat. The one thing I have never seen a shepherd do however is beat and abuse the sheep. The shepherd especially the Good Shepherd wants only to protect and gently guide the animals that are under His care and protection.

Do you live securely?

Do you feel safe no matter what circumstance you are in?

When Christ came and shed His blood and became the one perfect sacrifice for you and me, He made it so there is no place we could go where we would be out of His pasture. His protection and security covers every corner of every inch and every spec of dust that would ever be in or around us.

Perhaps this is why Paul said, I have learned in whatever state I am in to be content.”

No matter what place you are in right now and no matter what you think is against you- there is one thing for sure:

He is the Good Shepherd and no matter what some man made organization is filling your head with and no matter what crap people want to threaten you with one indisputable fact remains:

and He is leading you to a beautiful place if you will trust Him and have faith right here and right now.

Here is a meditation for you:

Find a time and a place where you hopefully will not be disturbed but if you are take it as an act of God to help you grow. Take a couple of deep cleansing belly breaths and feel all your stress go out with each exhale. Get a mental picture of Jesus as a gentle, loving shephard walking up to you and putting His arm around you as if to guide you. As the two of you walk toward a beautiful place do this:

Breath in and say:

My Shepherd

Breath out and say:

Is God Almighty!

Do this about 30 or forty times a couple of times a day and feel His peace- “The Peace that passes ALL understanding” coming in to protect you no matter where you are.

Dont Worry- Be Grace-Full!

The Good Shepherd
