How do I know God is Love?
Because when God said He wants Peace for you at any price He proved it by sending His Only Son to give it to All who would simply believe!
“As he approached Jerusalem and saw the city, he wept over it and said, “If you, even you, had only known on this day what would bring you peace—but now it is hidden from your eyes.” – Luke 19:41-42
The Peace that passes All understanding typically comes at the end of the battle where you are dead! Not that you are dead in the physical sense as that doesn’t matter much, but that you are dead in sense of self that thinks you are superman!
This is not a one-time battle; it is a daily picking up the cross as a reminder and focusing on the place the cross of Christ has placed you in – Reconciled to God!
The reconciled state cannot be undone as Christ died “once and for all for all sins!” The reconciled state cannot be underestimated or underappreciated But it will on a daily basis be the point that for many satan wants to and works diligently toward creating doubt, worry and panic or ego, arrogance and pride!
It’s very important to note that either of satans outcomes will cause God Who grants this Peace to bring you gently back to seeing the cross because He Loves you and wants to grant you every good thing to include His Real Peace!
Is it possible that some people who go to church, pray all the time and check all the religious boxes Don’t have this Peace? Who betrayed Jesus was it a stranger or a friend and disciple who had been next to Him for years? Why was Jesus crying wasn’t it for people who had heard Him speak first hand and actually seen His miracles and walked beside Him in the physical realm?
The Peace of Christ is Freely available – If you are willing to Be in it Here and Now!
