In the ancient Jewish tradition in the Temple there was a great curtain. It was strong and thick and No one went behind it except the High Priest. It was believed that God Himself was behind that curtain and only the most holy could go behind that curtain – at the death of Jesus that curtain was Ripped from top to bottom!

God did this so that, by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled to take hold of the hope set before us may be greatly encouraged. We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain, where our forerunner, Jesus, has entered on our behalf. He has become a high priest forever, in the order of Melchizedek.” – Hebrews 6:18-20

Most Christians I know are very connected to a church, which is a good thing and a problem at the same time. The good thing is the encouragement of the brothers and sisters there. The bad thing is the encouragement of the brothers and sisters there. Most churches become support groups for denominational dogma and emotionalism rather than centers for unconditional Love and Acceptance that teach True Grace!

Our Hope IS in The One Who Ripped that curtain with the irreparable rip! Our “hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure” is the cross He died on, the tomb that couldn’t keep Him and The One, “our Forerunner” who has “become a High Priest forever” – The IS True Grace!

True Grace and knowing where our True Hope comes from is Not “doing more” but instead its Resting in what HAS BEEN DONE!

If you want True Hope believe, “It Is Finished!” If you want a life without condemnation believe, “It Is Finished!” If you to be secure forever Be Secure in The One who Finished IT – which was to rip the curtain and make it possible for you to stand before God Almighty totally Holy, Reconciled with God, Justified Forever!
