There are certain words that cause people to light up! To a slave Freedom means so much more than to a person who has never experienced slavery. This is the point of two words in this Beautiful passage of scripture – Most importantly look at the tense here – both of these critical words are PAST tense in this passage – What about for you?
“Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through him! For if, while we were God’s enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life!” – Romans 5:9-10
If God is The One Who breathed out the entire Bible – If God IS in control of ALL things – IF God IS The Great I AM and this passage is accepted by you as His Divine word – then you also have to accept that “justified” and “reconciled” ARE in fact Past tense verbs here!
IT IS FINISHED!
Is not just a cute phrase for a bumper sticker any longer – ALL that needed to be completed and done was by Jesus Christ BLOOD!
Getting this, grasping this one simple concept that the devil tells you is impossible because it’s too much Love and doesn’t exist is Crucial to getting GraceFull!
EVERYTHING has been completed on the cross – NOW Rest! This is the message of The Gospel of Jesus Christ – His Love is beyond compare – NOW Rest! By Grace Through Faith you have been once and for ALL times “justified” and “reconciled” and Nothing and No one can snatch you out of HIS Amazing Grace and Love!
Saved from God’s wrath – HERE and NOW because of “HIM” – Justified – HERE and NOW because of Him – Reconciled – HERE and NOW because of His work!
Have Faith in what has happened and been done and Never be under the law again!
