Being in the kingdom of God, which Is inside you will make you the village idiot and That is a Great Blessing! Take a moment and think of your favorite disciple, look at how their life changed upon meeting Jesus and I think you will see this

and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.” Ephesians 3:19

Knowing God Is Knowing Love! Being Like God Is Being Like Love!

The reason “this love” Is “this love” even today is that “this love” is beyond human love and beyond our ability to understand, comprehend or contrive on our own – ONLY ONE GOD IS LOVE! And with that knowledge you will become the village idiot IF you grow in Him!

As you can read above “this love” “surpasses knowledge” and as such it wont “seem right” or seem like it is the way to go or even look right, but just as we learned in the previous passage His Love cannot be measured in depth or boundaries! His Love Is Perfect Love that would Love even His enemies enough to send His Only Son to die for them!

In short the reason “this Love” will make you the village idiot is that like Jesus, people will want to not believe in this Love, they will want to shun this Love and they will possibly try to kill this Love even today – which makes any follower of Christ the village idiot – BUT Bask in the Light of His Glorious and Perfect Love just once and you will Never mind being the village idiot at all!

I hope you will make this short meditation a part of your day and practice it regularly. Find a time where you can just be still and breathe and you probably wont be disturbed – hint I meditate in the morning – early AM before the world kicks into on mode but during the day if things start moving too fast, and they always do, I use a bathroom stall!

Practice this and know that unlovable people will be sent your way so that you can learn and be “filled to the measure of all the fullness of God”!
