Where is your circumcision?
What does your circumcision accomplish?
Please read Romans 2:28-29
Vs. 28 “A person is not a Jew who is one only outwardly, nor is circumcision merely outward and physical. No, a person is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is circumcision of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the written code. Such a person’s praise is not from other people, but from God.”
Spiritual circumcision occurs for the first time when we realize there is something we need outside of ourselves and this circumcision continues until we stop breathing!
This circumcision is “not by written code” but “by the Spirit” working inside of you with each breathe you take- if you listen.
Do I know what the Spirit is doing in you? LOL!!- Most of the time I am not sure what He is doing in me until He does it- Only God knows!
This is why a non-judging Love from Above is how people will know that we follow God and not a god.
Would you like your God to praise you?
Then Love like there is no tomorrow! That is the example of Jesus and that is the way that inward circumcision from the Spirit is made manifest through you!
Care to move the inward circumcision forward?
Find a time and a place where you probably won’t be disturbed. Begin by taking a few deep breaths and every time you exhale just let go a bit more and relax. Really relax your jaw, facial muscles and your shoulders as so much stress is often carried there. Once you are more relaxed and breathing normally:
Breathe in and say:
“God grant me”
Breathe out and say:
“The heart of a Lover”
Practice this way and see where the spiritual journey takes you!
Don’t worry- Be Grace-Full!!
One’s ideals are always getting in the way of one thinking straight and past them own selves. They tend to be deaf to all others and through arrogance, which makes them ignorant. Love is the answer to all and one should never fall into an argument which shows a total lack of love. If everything you do and say is done and said without love they become vain and it makes one empty and hollow.
Very true and Thank you for sharing. I appreciate you Scott!
