Does your faith stop at the cabbage patch?

Who has weak faith?

What is really important?

Accept the one whose faith is weak, without quarreling over disputable matters. One person’s faith allows them to eat anything, but another, whose faith is weak, eats only vegetables.” – Romans 14:1-2

In this passage we see a basic truth about baby Christians- they are under more law then those whose faith has grown.

Why is that?

For many I am somewhat convinced that the “cares of this world” grow up around them and they start to care what they look like more than what is in their heart.

For others perhaps they have residual law that they are still under even after they come to Christ. But whatever the case may be it is clear that those under the most law are the weakest in the faith.

What is the response of the Love From Above?

Just like Jesus accepted Pharisees and Teachers of the Law who were honestly seeking Him- we should Accept, Love and Nurture these babes in Christ.

One thing that is made very clear in vs. 3-4 is stated very well in 4:

Vs. 4 “Who are you to judge someone else’s servant?”

It’s important to note this statement was made for both the spiritual adult and the spiritual infant.

Find a time and a place where you probably won’t be disturbed and just take a moment to breathe.

Take a few deep breathes at first to relax and when you feel a bit more de-stressed just go back to breathing normally and as you do:

Breathe in and say:

Judge no one

Breathe out and say:

Love Everyone

Practice this for a few days and grasp the concept that we are All His children and He is the ONLY one that judges us!

Don’t worry- Be Grace-Full!!
