Loves Fallback vs. if voice

Having Love as my Fallback position means I am able to silence the “if” voice which used to plague me.

The “if” voice is the one that keeps you up at night and/or creates divides between us.

Have you ever laid in bed and while you are trying to get to sleep you had one of these thoughts:

“If only I would have ….”

“What if ….?”

“If they thought …. because of what I said or did then … could happen”

When you hear these Fallback to Love … Perfect Love … by following this meditation:

Breathe in and say:

“And God still Loves me”

Breathe out and say:

“With Perfect Love”

Or

Breathe in and say:

“I am embraced by”

Breathe out and say:

“Your Perfect Love”

Or

Breath in and say:

“God is in”

Breathe out and say:

“Complete control”

Or create one on your own but spend 5 minutes in the morning and 5 in the evening repeating the words while you sit or lay quietly.
